Nikka Coffey Gin

Here we have a Japanese gin from one of the country’s most recognisable distilleries. What makes this Nikka gin unique is the use of Coffey stills. These are continuous stills, more commonly used for the production of whisky. The recipe uses eleven botanicals, including distinct flavours of amanatsu, yuzu and kabosu, resulting in a multifaceted, citrus character.
